How does page counting work?

A “page” is roughly equivalent to 500 words or one page of a standard PDF. When you upload documents, we calculate the page count and display it in your workspace dashboard. You can always see how many pages you have remaining in your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you’ll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my page limit?

We’ll send you a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, you won’t be able to upload new documents until you upgrade your plan or remove some existing documents. Your existing workspaces and queries will continue to work normally.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (AES-256 and TLS 1.3). We’re SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Enterprise plans include additional security features like SSO, audit logging, and data residency options.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?

Yes! We offer special pricing for qualified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact our sales team with information about your organization, and we’ll work out a custom plan for you.

What kind of support do you provide?

Starter plans include community support via our forum. Growth plans get priority email support with response times under 24 hours. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager, SLA-backed support, and optional on-call support.
